With over 20 years of administrative and logistics experience, I am confident that I will be able to assist you with any administrative/bookkeeping duties you need to be carried out in order to make your business run as efficiently as possible.
I am not an accountant, and my fees reflect that however I am very knowledgeable in all parts of bookkeeping and administration and as I have no minimum use contracts to sign, I can start straight away and I just invoice you at the end of the month for the hours I work.
This gives you the flexibility of either using my services on a regular basis or just at those busy times when you need an extra hand.

$120 per week plus GST
Enter supplier invoices into your accounting system
Balance invoices to statements
Create customer invoices as instructed
Send out customer statements
Based on using Xero, MYOB or other online system
Work will be carried out remotely from my office
Limited to 3 hours per week

$50 per hour + GST
